Dock Icons Not Appearing

If the icon you set in your .desktop file does not appear on your dock, make sure the WMclass of the app is the same as what the .desktop file says.

1. alt + F2 -> lg -> windows tab -> search for the application's WMclass
2. Edit the .desktop file to match the class:
